We are Excavation Contractors Reno. When you use excavationcontractorsreno.com, call us or send a request, we receive some information about you. This notice covers how we handle it.

What we collect

When you fill out a request form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the kind of work you need and your message. When you call, our phone system records your number, the time and length of the call, and, where it is turned on, a recording and transcript. Like most websites, the site also receives routine technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the page you visited and how you arrived.

How the information is used

• To respond to your request, schedule an estimate and provide the service.
• To prevent spam and fraud, and to measure which pages produce requests.

Sharing your information

Only the providers that support this site and our phones, and the technicians assigned to your job, receive your details, and only so they can help with your request. We do not sell personal information.

Calls, texts and email

We contact you about your request by phone, text or email, as you asked us to. Carrier rates for messages and data may apply. To stop text messages, reply STOP.

Access, correction and deletion

Call (775) 369-4859 or use the request form on this website if you want a copy of the information we hold about you, a correction, or deletion.

Storage and security

We hold on to request records only as long as they are needed and take reasonable steps to keep them secure, though no online transmission can be guaranteed safe.

Children's privacy

We do not aim this site at children under 13 and do not knowingly gather information from them.
